Grad School
So we will be having some change happening to our little family this summer. Eric is applying to leveling programs for Speech Pathology. As of right now he has gotten into the University of Wyoming and we should be hearing back from Texas Tech at the beginning of April, and then we will make our decision. I am way excited for this and can't wait to see where we end up.

I am 3 months
I am 3 months old today! I like to play with my feet and suck on my hands. I try to talk with my hands in my month and recently I have discovered my left hand. I like to go outside and and go for walks. I slobber and spit up a lot so mommy has to change my clothes several times throughout the day. I sleep for most of the night and love to take baths. I am over 2 ft tall and growing everyday.

Walker laughing
This is Walker laughing yesterday. He just started to laugh last week and he is just getting better and better at it!
So Walker let out a belch yesterday and I made this sound and he just laughed hysterically. So when Eric got home from work I showed him this and he caught it on tape.

My new job
I feel like I have a new job of being a researcher and/or investigator.
I have read so much stuff before Walker was born and after from sleeping to poop to colic to acid reflux to you name it. If you could go back a see everything I have researched it is looking up things to help Walker.
Finding a formula that would work for Walker was a horrible experience but after a little research and no help from our doctor besides telling to cut all dairy from my diet, it turns out he has sensitivity towards milk. I was noticing that Walkers face and neck was breaking out in whelps and rashes. First we tried soy and it didn't work it made him constipated, and when I was reading this article online it was saying if your baby can't handle regular formula or soy formula then your baby most likely has a milk allergy so he is on a hypoallergenic formula and had made a world of difference. His face cleared up within a day!!!
I have tried every bottle except for 2. They all claim to reduce spit up, gas, and colic! Lets just say none of them have worked so far, I am trying my last one. So far he has only had 2 big spit ups and has had 5 feedings. If this works I'll let you know.
My current dilemma is to figure which method works for us to get him to sleep through the night. He was doing really well, going to bed at 7 and waking up at 4 then at 7 for the day. But lately he's been waking up a lot at night. I'm not sure if it's because my parents were here and his schedule was thrown off, so I was going to give him a week and see what he is doing.

Walker has grown so much since he was born. I can't believe how fast he has changed. He is very expressive now. It is so much fun to sit around and coo with him and have him coo back. He loves to stick out his tongue. Also his latest thing is that he slobbers a lot and likes to suck on his hand.
What I have learned is to NOT say that "I would never do that as a parent". I remember watching and hearing what other people do with their children and I would always say I would never do that,, why are they doing that it's stupid, we'll their are some thing they do that are, I do have to admit.
There are so many things that I said I wouldn't do that I have done. Here are some examples: I didn't want to use a pacifier and playing music to help them fall asleep, just to name a few. I have decided that every preconceive notion that I had made is just going to have to go out the window. I also said that I was going to let Walker cry it out, well I want too, but I can't. If he gets to upset then he will start spitting up and having issues. So that has gone oWut the window. I have learned that you have to roll with the punches with him and follow his cues instead of making him try to follow mine. I have to remind myself that he has only been in this world for 2 months.
