Since the weather has been pretty nice lately we have been spending lots of time outside. Walker LOVES it. Just the other day the two just sat outside and watched the trees sway back and forth, and it was so relaxing. If you know this boy, you kow he doesn't like to sit still for very long, but when we go outside that is a different story. He will just sit there and look at over thing. I think that he is going to be a people watcher. Just yesterday when we were outside a lady walked past and he followed here until she was completely out of site!
Eric took this picture right when he was tipping over. Lets just say he ate some grass and wasn't too happy about it!

Yummy!
So we recently started Walker on baby food. So far he has had...peas, squash, carrots, and sweet potates. He has certainly taken an intrest in food. Everytime I drink or eat something he opens his mouth too. When I put him in his bumbo he gets so excited because he knows what is about to happen. It is so darn cute!

We are moving!
It is pretty much official we are moving to Laramie, Wyoming.
We found out that Eric was accepted into the University of Wyoming probably around November of last year. We had decided that we would wait till we heard back from one more school before we made our final decision. We'll about a few weeks ago we received a letter from Texas Tech that Eric was accepted into the program as an alternate. I am really proud of Eric and all of his accomplishments and being accepted as an alternate is still a great achievement because it's a competitive program. So, part of being an alternate you have to mail a letter back to the University that if a position opens that you want to be notified. We mailed the letter back and are giving them until we move to Wyoming in June. This is something we cannot wait any longer on. When I called about apartments in Laramie, for the ones that we wanted to get into, there was only one opening and the only one she knew of was coming open in June, so we applied and now are just waiting on the paper work part of it.
I am excited for the move and for Eric to further his education. I am not looking forward to the long winters and the snow but I know that this is a temporary situation and I will just have to adjust and make the most out of it. What I am looking forward to is the smallness of Laramie. I am ready for a slower pace of life and to be back in a smaller town. Also not being too far from Colorado is a plus, I have always thought that it is such a beautiful state.

Walker
So Walker had his 4 months shots this past week. He is off schedule do to his surgery that he had. But anyways, he was such a tropper. He only cried when they gave him his third shot but that only lasted a few seconds. Before that he had rolled over on the table and torn the paper lining to pieces. He weighed in at 15 pounds and 27 1/2 inches long.
Lets just say this boy really knows how to test my patients. This past weekend we went to Glade and Sherry's. That friday night was the father son camp out, so Eric went. I told him that he should take Walker with him but he wasn't all for that :)
We'll I think Walker missed Eric so much because that little booger kept me up all stinkin' night. But I gues he made up for it last night when he slept 12 hours. I use to think I was a patient person, but my limits were tested that night.
